Henley
1999 Henley
The colour is brick red with good depth and clarity. The aroma is very complex with spice and herb notes, red berry fruits and well integrated French oak. The palate is tightly structured and well balanced with red berries and layered tannins beginning to soften and adding complexity.
2000 Henley
The colour is a deep ruby/garnet, which implies youthful exuberance. Opulent spice, liquorice and berry fruits characterise the aroma, which are com-plexed by the subtle sophistication of the french oak in which this wine was matured. These intricate and refined attributes follow through to the velvety palate, which when combined with fine layered tan-nins and balanced acid produces a rich, harmonious and elegant wine capable of long term cellaring.
2001 Henley
The colour is a deep brick red with cherry red hues.
The aroma displays distinct blackberry fruit, choco-late and mint and made more complex by well-integrated oak showing cedar, toast and creamy notes. The palate is firm and tightly structured, currently showing a toasty vanillin oak character with powerful fruit in the background waiting to burst forth. A rich blend of red berries and spices can be found entwined throughout the length of the palate growing in intensity as the wine opens up.
2002 Henley
The colour is a deep brick red with cherry red hues, displaying classic aromas of liquorice and plums, with hints of herbs and savoury meats. The palate is rich with black fruit intensity, harmonious tannins and toasty vanillin characters, which all provides incredible length and will continue to develop fur-ther in the years ahead.
Reserve Shiraz
2005 Reserve Shiraz
The palate displays fresh fruits and a silky texture with very fine tannins. Toasted smoky oak, well balanced acid and concentrated fruit flavours provide a great structure to this wine. Youthful and vibrant, the complexities that only bottle age can bring are just beginning to develop. Although drinking well now, the rewards of cellaring will add new dimensions to the enjoyment of this wine.
Reserve Chardonnay
2007 Reserve Chardonnay
The colour is quite remarkable, showing no signs at all of its age. Still very youthful in appearance. The aroma is a wonderful blend of fruits, subtle oak and the beginnings of complex development that comes with age. It shows lime, mandarin, cucumber, mango and some straw with subtle toast and cashew nuts. The palate has benefited greatly with a bit of time, the mid palate has filled out while still retaining fresh acidity and excellent structure. The wine is just at the very beginning of its optimum for drinking. Its youthful freshness is still very strong but the complexities of age are just starting to display their potential.
Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon
2005 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon (NEW RELEASE)
The colour is a deep brick red with some rich mahogany hues. The aroma is intensely varietal. It shows herbaceous characters, menthol, mint and some savoury notes of meat and soy. Extended time in American and French oak hogsheads gives a nice earthy cedary bouquet. The palate is well structured with grippy tannins and acidity providing length and backbone.

2008 ' Bush Vine' SHIRAZ GRENACHE MOURVEDRE
The colour is a medium depth, dark red with hints of purple and brick red hues. The aroma is very complex, showing Asian spice, rhubarb and roasted nuts with fresh raspberry and blackberry and just a hint of oak. The palate has a rounded mouth feel with ripe, juicy fruit typical of the vintage. The flavours on the palate are beginning to integrate and develop into a complex array showing the true strengths of this blend. Whilst the wine opens quite forward on the palate, it soon comes together thanks to fine, firm tannins and finishes clean and tight with good acidity.
2005 'Cilento' SANGIOVESE
The colour is a deep brick red, typical of this variety. The aroma is very complex, showing great complexity and interest. Initially there is mint, licorice and spice then pepper, cedar and leather before showing some arthiness and hints of prune and tobacco.The palate is equally as exciting with dark fruits, dark chocolate and mint coming forward, and held together by exceptional tannin and a tight balanced acid structure. This wine will continue to grow in complexity with further bottle age, the perfect accompaniment to your next plate of Veal Saltimbocca.
2007 'Wickham Park' MERLOT
The colour is a dark red with brick red hues. The aroma is a complex blend of interesting characters such as mulberry, blackberry, rhubarb, fruit cake and earthiness with some hints of leather and meatiness thanks to some time in oak and bottle prior to release. The palate is quite tightly structured and shows some great fleshy fruit on the mid palate. Flavours of red berry fruits, rhubarb pie and nutty, cedary oak fill the mouth which tapers gently to a long clean finish.
2008 'Fleurieu' CABERNET SHIRAZ
The colour is a vibrant, deep red with youthful purple hues. The aroma shows both varieties very well, with berry fruits, spice, hints of menthol, licorice and black pepper complemented by subtle oak. The palate has a very attractive and well balanced mouth Feel with good depth of fruit throughout, a well structured mid palate and firm clean tannins and a full flavoured finish.
2007 'Jacko's Blend' SHIRAZ
One feature of the 2007 vintage is the excellent colour and tannins the wines possess. This shiraz is no exception, displaying quite a dark red colour with hints of youthful purple still around, even at 4 years of age. The aroma is filled with fresh primary fruits, such as mulberry and blackberry, with notes of licorice, spice and a fresh savoury/meaty character. Oak is subtly in the background and is integrating very well forming quite a complex wine overall. The palate is still quite tight and restrained, beginning with fresh clean fruits moving through its streamlined mouth feel finishing on a bright red berry note.
2007 'G & W' CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Typical of the 2007 vintage, the colour has excellent depth and is a very dark red with hints of crimson and mahogany. The wonderful varietal aroma comes across straight away. The blend of McLaren Vale and Coonawarra brings out the best in this cabernet, showing peppermint, violets, leather, black olive and menthol with toasty vanilla and cashew nut oak characters. The palate is fresh and tight with firm tannins, well balanced acid and finishes on a clean fresh fruit note.
2011 "Wickham Park" SAUVIGNON BLANC
The colour is a very pale straw with youthful green hues. On the nose there are hints of cut grass, some lantana, lemon, green capsicum and notes of passionfruit and green banana. The palate is light and fresh with citrus zest, lemon and grass with good acidity and length of flavour.
2011 "Bush Vine" GRENACHE ROSE
The colour is a beautiful light rose petal pink. On the nose there are aromas of violets, raspberry and hints of pepper and spice and fresh licorice. The palate is attractive, light and delicate with fresh clean fruit flavours of cherry, raspberry, some floral notes and spice. The finish is long, dry and savoury with good acidy, the perfect accompaniment to many different foods.
2008 "Wickham Park" CHARDONNAY
The colour is pale straw with hints of green. The aroma displays some nice spicy aromatics with fresh citrus and fruit salad. Thanks to a small proportion of oak fermentation and maturation, there are some well integrated oak characters on the nose, offering hints of almond, toast and cream. The palate has a great mouth feel and texture with real fruit intensity and a zesty finish. Oak influence is subtle but provides complexity and weight to the palate. Well balanced acid, the careful use of oak and the interesting flavours of this wine combine to provide a freshness and purity of flavour rarely seen in wines of this value.
Botham Merrill Willis
2006 'Botham Merrill Willis' CABERNET SAUVIGNON
The colour is very deep red with youthful purple hues.The aroma shows intense varietal characters of menthol, black olive, mint and capsicum with subtle complex oak in the background. The palate is wonderfully supple and fleshy with fine firm tannins providing excellent structure. Intense flavour, good length and well balanced acid complete this outstanding wine which will evolve and develop further with bottle maturation.
2006 'Botham Merrill Willis' SHIRAZ
The colour is a dark red with good clarity and depth. The aroma's of fresh red berry fruits, licorice, leather, cedary oak, earth and spice. The palate is seamless, warm and seductive beginning with ample ripe fruit and subtle well integrated oak.Velvety tannins are then slowly revealed along with long finish. While drinking very well now, this wine will improve with short to medium term cellaring.
2008 'Botham Merrill Willis' CHARDONNAY
The colour is a light straw with green hues. The aroma is very varietal, showing nectarine, rockmelon, lime and fresh cucumber with subtle and well integrated oak characters of lightly toasted cashews and vanilla cream. The palate is wonderfully rounded and filling, yet the underlying structure is tight and refreshing. Complex flavours of melon, lemon and stone fruits fill the mid palate blended with hints of creamy vanilla toasted oak and finishing on a fresh fruit note.

Vintaged at the historic Mt Hurtle Winery, this blend of Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre displays fresh red berry fruits and spice with a fruit driven palate and savoury finish.
Pimpala Road
2010 Pimpala Road ROSE
The vibrant colour is the first striking feature of this wine. The aroma shows light spicy Shiraz character with typical Grenache varietal characters of cherry and raspberry. The palate has good fruit weight with a tight underlying structure. The flavours are seamless which finish clean zesty and dry.
2008 Pimpala Road CHARDONNAY
A blend of grapes from selected vineyards in McLaren Vale & Coonawarra, this 2008 Chardonnay displays citrus and melon fruit characters complimented by subtle vanillin oak and a crisp clean finish. While enjoyable now this wine will continue to evolve with the passing of time.
2009 Pimpala Road Sauvignon Blanc Semillon
This classic white wine brings together the strengths of two varieties with delicate grassy tropical notes of Sauvignon Blanc complemented by the lime and blossom characters of Semillon.
