Reserve Chardonnay

We taste each barrel of chardonnay after nine months of maturation in new french oak to select the base for our Reserve Chardonnay. These barrels are then blended and bottled for a further 4 years maturation prior to release.

All reserve wines have been created and released with longevity in mind. Maturation in oak and bottle enable them to be enjoyed upon released and further enhanced with careful cellaring.
