Reserve Shiraz

We taste every barrel of Shiraz 1 year after vintage to select the best wines for further oak maturation as our Reserve blend. The wines are carefully chosen for their intensity and complexity of fruit, mouthfeel and the quality of tannins, oak integration and their overall balance and harmony.

All reserve wines have been created and released with longevity in mind. Maturation in oak and bottle enable them to be enjoyed upon released and further enhanced with careful cellaring.
